We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to drive the user experience and design language of our assessment platform. You will play a key role in shaping intuitive, inclusive, and high-performance interfaces for both candidates and recruiters.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end design process across assessment modules, like coding tests, proctoring, etc.
Translate complex workflows into simple, elegant interfaces through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and content writers to ensure cohesive experiences.
Champion accessibility, responsiveness, and interaction design best practices.
Use data, user feedback, and usability testing to iterate and refine designs.
Contribute to and evolve the design system and component library.
Required Skills & Experience:
5-8 years of experience designing B2B SaaS products or developer platforms.
Strong command of design tools like Figma, Miro, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Proven track record of designing intuitive workflows for complex use cases.
Experience conducting usability testing and working with research teams.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React) is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Prior work in HR tech, assessments, or technical hiring tools.
Experience designing AI-driven or adaptive UIs.
Understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and internationalization needs.
