Job Description

As a Google DLP Specialist you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing Google Clouds Data Loss Prevention (DLP) services to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and maintain Google Cloud DLP solutions across cloud environments.
Identify, classify, and monitor sensitive data (PII, PHI, PCI, etc.) within GCP resources.
Develop and enforce DLP policies to prevent unauthorized data exposure.
Integrate DLP with other security tools and workflows.
Configure data masking, redaction, tokenization, and encryption as needed.
Monitor DLP alerts and investigate incidents of potential data loss.
Collaborate with compliance and IT teams to align DLP controls with regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
