Job Title: SAP Data Migration Senior Consultant
Experience: 8 to 10 Years
Work Type: Full-Time (Permanent)
Location: Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad / Coimbatore
Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO)
Budget: Up to 30 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement technical data migration solutions for S/4 HANA projects.
  
• Work on PoCs for different S/4 HANA migration scenarios.
  
• Collaborate with subject matter experts on data migration strategies.
  
• Develop programs/strategies for conversion of master and transactional data from legacy systems.
  
• Support migration manager with cutover planning.
  
• Define rules for extraction and source-to-target mapping.
  
• Conduct workshops and gather requirements from business stakeholders.
  
• Identify and document data migration extract, transformation, and load rules.
  
• Engage in issue resolution and escalation processes.
  

Technical Skills & Experience

• End-to-end SAP data migration experience from SAP/Non-SAP to S/4 HANA.
  
• Minimum 4 data migration projects completed.
  
• Minimum 2 full-cycle projects using Syniti ADMM.
  
• Expertise in SAP BODS, S/4 HANA Migration Cockpit, ETL tools like LTMC & LTMOM, and ABAP.
  
• Strong functional knowledge across SAP modules (O2C, M2S, S2P, B2P, etc.).
  
• Hands-on experience with legacy systems and reconciliation reporting.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder interaction, and documentation skills.
  

Preferred Candidate

• Strong background in Syniti-based migration.
  
• Immediate or short notice joiners.
  
• Prior experience working with cross-functional and business teams.
