Role OverviewWe are hiring for the role of Assistant Professor in the disciplines of Computer Science. This role is ideal for early-career educators who are passionate about teaching, academic excellence, and innovation in education. Key Responsibilities
Teaching & Student Mentorship
- Deliver engaging and structured lectures and tutorials.
- Guide and mentor students in academic projects, research, and their overall learning journey.
- Adopt modern pedagogical methods and contribute to curriculum design.
- Provide practical exposure to the tools and skills that make the students industry-ready.
Academic & Institutional Development
- Participate in departmental activities, including exam coordination, paper setting, invigilation, and answer script evaluation.
- Support accreditation and quality assurance processes.
- Collaborate with academic leadership to enhance institutional performance.
Research & Industry Collaboration
- Initiate and lead research projects with a focus on innovation and societal impact.
- Develop interdisciplinary collaborations within and outside the institution.
Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering.
- Minimum 60% marks in both UG and PG.
- Experience:
- 0-4 years of teaching or relevant academic experience.
