Job Description Generative AI Engineer

LLM Development & Fine-Tuning Fine-tune and retrain Large Language Models (Falcon, LLaMA, Palm2, etc.) for domain-specific use cases, ensuring optimized performance and accuracy.
Custom AI Agent Development Design, build, and deploy custom AI agents and multi-agent systems using tools like Agentspace Vertex AI and ADK, enabling complex enterprise workflows.
RAG & Knowledge Retrieval Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines with vector databases (Pinecone, Waviate, Chroma, FAISS) for efficient knowledge search and integration.
Integration with Enterprise Systems Build and manage integrations with Salesforce, SharePoint, Jira, ServiceNow, and other enterprise platforms for AI-powered automation.
Cloud & Infrastructure Orchestration Provision and manage AI workloads on GCP (Vertex AI), including cloud-native orchestration, RBAC, Okta SSO, and secure infrastructure setup.
Deep Learning & NLP Apply deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) for NLP model development, optimization, and deployment into production environments.
Custom UI & User Interaction Develop intuitive, secure, and scalable UIs for AI agents with read/write access enablement in enterprise systems.
Testing, Refinement & Monitoring Conduct iterative testing, refinement, and audit logging of AI agents to ensure compliance, performance, and reliability.
Cross-System Workflow Automation Design and manage AI-driven workflows across multiple platforms, enabling seamless enterprise process automation.
Collaboration & Documentation Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions, maintaining clear technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
