Job Summary:

Join our dynamic International Chat Support Team at IntouchCX. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience in chat-based international customer support. If you are an excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset and are ready to join immediately


we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and accurate manner
  • Troubleshoot product/service issues and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records
  • Provide information about products, services, and policies
  • Collaborate with other support team members to ensure a consistent customer experience
  • Adhere to performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction

Requirements:


  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Previous experience in a customer service or chat support role (6 Months)
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and chat platforms
