Job Description
MedTrix is a technology-enabled healthcare communications and medical communications agency. It caters to the needs of patients, physicians, and pharmaceutical companies by integrating science, creativity, technology, and strategic insights what they call the "Power of One" approach.

Job purpose
The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. Good Knowledge of web and mobile design and solid experience in creating UI/UX designs storyboards, user flows.
Duties and responsibilities
- Translate high-level business requirements into tangible user interface solutions that integrate the latest standards in interaction design and visual design trends.
- Highly creative, Design intuitive, usable and engaging Web and mobile application interactions and interface designs.
- Proficient with user interface design patterns and standard UCD methodologies Proficiency to establish the visual design language of the project.
- Provide a clear justification for design decisions with relevant data and sound judgment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as well as the broader UX team throughout the design process.
- Develop and maintain detailed user- interface specifications.
- Experience leveraging a design style guide/system to optimize and enhance visual experiences.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design or related field, Multimedia
- 2-6 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
- Portfolio of work
- Adobe software proficiency is a must (Sketch, Flash, Invision, Photoshop, Illustrator, &Aftereffects)
- Sound illustration and Drawing skills.
