Function: Enterprise Programme Management
Sub Function: Business Management
Experience: Minimum 5 years into EPM & Project Management role
Location: Mumbai
Max CTC: Salary not a constraint for a right candidate (A decent hike on last drawn)
Education Qualification: Post Graduate
Job Description
Programme Manager
- Assist across Project Life Cycle Management - from initiation through to closure
- Assist in development of milestones / project plans
- Facilitate smooth and timely implementation of tasks across functions
- Identify / escalate bottlenecks and issues in a timely manner - facilitate resolution
- Provide Project / Programme status
- Guide Project Team members - Project Management Framework / usage of Enterprise Project Management Tool
Business Manager
- Undertake research / analytics - as required - industry / player-level analysis (overall / specific dimension) - and assess applicability for Company
- Support Company's / Business Unit's planning and budgeting process
- Analyse variances (quantum, root cause), recommend course of action
- Provide Company-wide / Business Unit updates and develop presentations for variety of stakeholders
Mandatory Skills / Attitude
- Strong analytical skills - overall and financial (revenue and cost drivers)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. - demonstrate an understanding of context and key levers. Ability to engage stakeholders in discussion - overall, function-specific
- Influencing skills - Build relationships with stakeholders to achieve execution outcomes. Ability to persuade with sound reasoning
- Delivery and results-orientation: Ability to work under pressure; meet deadlines in a quality manner

- Ability to appreciate broader picture (inter-linkages beyond one function)
- Conceptualisation skills
