UI UX Developer
Experience: 3 - 5 Years Exp
Salary: Competitive

Job Responsibilities:
- Create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web & mobile applications that enhance user interaction with complex data, ensuring data visualizations are easily navigable.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to understand the needs of diverse users and incorporate findings into design improvements.
- Work closely with developers, data scientists, and product managers to ensure that the user experience aligns with technical capabilities and business goals, maintaining a balance between functionality and design aesthetics.
- Develop prototypes, wireframes, and mockups for applications, including both web and mobile platforms, to communicate design ideas and workflows to stakeholders and development teams.
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends and best practices, specifically for data visualization, ensuring that designs meet modern usability standards and enhance the overall user experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Tech / B.E/B.C.A/B.Sc. IT
- 3-5 Years
Required skills:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Illustrator for creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- Expertise in tools such as InVision, Axure, or Balsamiq for creating interactive prototypes and detailed wireframes.
- Experience conducting user research, surveys, interviews, and usability tests to inform design decisions and improve user flows.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to communicate effectively with developers and understand how designs will be implemented.
Soft Skills:
- Effectively work with cross-functional teams and clearly articulate design ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Apply analytical skills to create intuitive designs for complex systems, with a focus on user empathy and addressing pain points.
- Quickly adapt to changes in project requirements and timelines, while maintaining high-quality design outcomes under tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with GIS software and the design of intuitive interfaces for spatial data and complex visualizations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and basic front-end coding knowledge to enhance collaboration with development teams.
- Proficiency in designing responsive interfaces for both mobile and web platforms, ensuring consistency across devices.
