Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design, configure, and implement Workday Payroll solutions for clients across various industries.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop customized payroll configurations using Workday's functionalities.
Provide training and support to end-users on Workday Payroll system, ensuring seamless adoption of new processes.
Troubleshoot issues related to payroll data discrepancies, errors, or compliance violations in Workday platform.

Job Requirements :

5-12 years of experience in Workday Payroll implementation, configuration, or consulting services.
Strong understanding of Workday's core HCM modules (Core HR, Absence Management) as well as its Payroll module.
Experience working with multiple versions of Workday products (e.g., v9.x vs. v10+) is an added advantage.
