Job Description
Job Title: Senior Sales Officer Home Loans / Loan Against Property (LAP)
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Vizag
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager
Experience: Minimum 6 months in Home Loans / LAP
Industry: Banking / NBFC / Housing Finance
Job Purpose:
To acquire and manage Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) customers through direct and channel-based sourcing, ensuring achievement of business targets while maintaining customer satisfaction and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Acquisition:
- Source new customers for Home Loans and LAP through open market activities, cold calling, and channel partners (DSAs/builders).
- Achieve monthly targets in terms of logins, disbursements, and revenue generation.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Assess customer needs and suggest suitable loan products.
- Assist customers with documentation and application processes.
- Ensure high-quality post-sales service.
Channel Development:
- Build and maintain a network of DSAs, builders, and real estate agents.
- Conduct regular engagement and training sessions for channel partners.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities.
- Maintain compliance with internal credit policies, KYC norms, and RBI guidelines.
- Submit complete documentation for smooth loan processing.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in selling Home Loans or LAP (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of housing finance products and processes.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Should be familiar with the local real estate and financial markets.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Postgraduate/MBA in Marketing or Finance preferred.
Compensation:
Fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives.
Travel allowance and mobile reimbursement as per company policy.
