Job description:
Subject matter for compliance and QMS Processes
Handling ITSM tools
Responsible for collecting and organizing compliance evidence
Responsible for quality audits
Business Relationships:
Works with all employees and management for QMS process
Work with customer representatives collecting compliance evidence and report
Key Responsibilities2
Subject matter for compliance and QMS Processes
Implement, maintain, and continuously improve quality standard and processes.
Assist in getting and maintaining industrial certification (e.g., SOC2, ISO20K etc.)
Responsible for drafting process and procedures.
Responsible for reviewing customer defined process and conduct conformance checks.
Review customer reported issues and customer satisfaction results.
Participate in the implementation of process improvement initiatives.
Proactively identify quality issues/gaps and recommend corrective action.
Work towards overall quality improvement.
Participates in special projects as required.
Work on improvising the existing ITIL processes (Incident, Requests, Change, Problem, Knowledge
Management, etc.,)
Prepare metrics and dashboards required for tracking and present to customer/management on periodic
basis.
Responsible to Conduct and follow up on both open and past due internal audits on daily basis.
Recurring meetings with management to update status on deliverables issues and concerns if any
Review findings within the Internal/External Audit Team, facilitate the remediation of control gaps, and
escalate possible critical Issues/Risks to the senior management.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining ITSM tool.
Responsible to maintain, perform upgrades and co-ordinate with vendor on ITIL tool
Must-have Experience and skills:
Minimum of 3+ experience in either of Quality, SOC2 or ISO is mandatory
Certified in ITIL foundation
Should have worked on defining or implementing quality and compliance framework
Prior background in QMS and assurance audits is mandatory.
Good-to-have-experience
Quality related certifications like Six Sigma Green, Black or Master black belt are desirable
