Location: Permanent Remote

Salary: 14,000 16,000 In-Hand + Incentives (Avg 6,000/month)

Shift: 9 hours/day | 6 Days/Week (Weekends Mandatory)

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Welcome

Languages: Fluent in English & Hindi (South Indian languages a plus)

Education Qualification: 10th pass / 12th pass / Graduate / Masters fresher and experienced can apply

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers

Pitch relevant real estate services

Guide customers throughout the buying/renting process

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Update CRM and maintain customer records

RequirementsFluent in (Hindi and English)

Excellent communication & persuasion skills

Laptop, stable internet, and quiet workspace required

Comfortable working on weekends

Basic computer knowledge
