Job Summary:
Join our dynamic International Chat Support Team at IntouchCX. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience in chat-based international customer support. If you are an excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset and are ready to join immediately we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and accurate manner
- Troubleshoot product/service issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records
- Provide information about products, services, and policies
- Collaborate with other support team members to ensure a consistent customer experience
- Adhere to performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Previous experience in a customer service or chat support role (6 Months)
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and chat platforms
