Job Description:

Are you someone who communicates clearly and confidently in written English? Do you have experience in international chat support?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions via chat
  • Offer accurate product/service information
  • Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues
  • Update CRM records

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Proficient written English communication
  • Prior international chat support experience (6+ months)
  • Familiarity with CRM/chat platforms is a bonus
