Job Description:
Are you someone who communicates clearly and confidently in written English? Do you have experience in international chat support?

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions via chat
- Offer accurate product/service information
- Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues
- Update CRM records
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficient written English communication
- Prior international chat support experience (6+ months)
- Familiarity with CRM/chat platforms is a bonus
