Job Title: Counter Sales Executive

Location: Delhi, Kailash Colony

Industry: Jewellery / Fashion Retail Salary: 15,000- 28,000 NTH + Incentives (Based on experience and last drawn salary)

Gender: Only Females

Experience: Minimum 2 years+ in jewellery sales

Preferred Language: Fluent in local language & English is must

Age Limit: 18 to 32 years

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass

Job Description: We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Counter Sales Executives for a reputed jewellery retail brand in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and prior experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the counter in selecting jewellery products
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate items
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and offers
• Ensure the counter is clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues with professionalism
• Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to store performance
• Assist with billing and follow company protocols
