We have an urgent opening with our esteemed client. Established in 1995, our client is professionally managed turnkey HVAC project company working on pan India. Specialised in Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Utility Piping, Process Cooling, Cleanroom Infrastructure,
Experience : 7-8 years + experience in HVAC project execution
Location: Pune
Job Description:
- Plan and execute multiple HVAC, MEP, and Cleanroom projects from initiation to completion Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery
- Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to maintain quality and compliance
- Manage site teams, assign responsibilities, and monitor daily execution progress
- Resolve technical issues, resource bottlenecks, or on-site conflicts effectively
- Oversee measurement and billing activities, working closely with execution and finance teams Collaborate with internal departments for smooth project flow
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and best practices
- Provide detailed project updates, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation plans to stakeholders
- Serve as the technical point of contact during execution and decision-making
- Lead and motivate project staff to achieve project goals within timelines
