Job Description
- Handle end-to-end quality assurance for food (grocery, nuts, teas,butters, wheats, pulses), natural cleaners, and personal care products.
- Carry out regular lab testing of raw materials and final products
- Supervise chemical and micro testing procedures for safety and shelf life
- Maintain proper documentation of all testing reports and quality logs
- Ensure compliance with companys quality assurance protocols and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly
- Set up SOPs for regular testing, calibrations, and preventive checks
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the lab testing space.
- Identify root causes of quality failures and suggest improvements
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Lab testing and quality assurance
- Hands-on experience with chemical and micro testing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation

Youll be responsible for ensuring the highest product quality of our Food & Non-Food products through lab testing, chemical testing, and micro testing processes in our in-house facility.
