Job Description

You will be joining Genpact as an Assistant Manager in the Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks such as dealing with physical mail and documents that require notary services, handling garnishments including tax levies, child support orders, court-ordered deductions, and student loans. Additionally, you will be required to stay updated on legislation and provide second-level support for employee queries. To excel in this position, we are looking for a candidate who holds a BCom Graduate degree. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. Prior experience in a similar role will be advantageous. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, India. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the HRO team.
