Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Effectively communicate product benefits and applications tailored to surgical workflows
    • Cultivate enduring customer relationships to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and brand confidence
    • Gather and report field-level insights and data as needed
    • Identify customer requirements and successfully close sales to meet territory objectives
    • Support market development initiatives under the direction of the companys account manager
    • Ensure smooth and efficient distribution operations within the assigned region

    Qualifications

    • Minimum: Graduate degree (Preferred: B.Tech/B.E., B.Sc., or B.Pharma in any specialization)

    Experience

    • 2 - 3 years of post-graduate experience in sales or marketing
    • Prior exposure to the healthcare or surgical industry is highly desirable
