Job Description

    As a Business Development Executive (BDE) specializing in IT services, you will be responsible for spearheading sales initiatives, leveraging your expertise in Apollo.io for lead generation, and executing targeted mass mailing campaigns. Your primary objective will involve identifying new business prospects, engaging with clients, and driving revenue growth through outbound sales strategies. Your key responsibilities will include utilizing Apollo.io for targeted lead generation and database development, creating and implementing personalized mass email campaigns through tools like Apollo and Mailchimp, managing the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure, understanding client requirements to propose appropriate IT solutions (such as Web Development, Mobile Apps, Salesforce, SAP, Cloud, etc.), updating CRM systems for efficient pipeline tracking, staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies, and representing the organization in virtual meetings, events, and client interactions. To excel in this role, you must possess a strong command of Apollo.io for lead sourcing and outreach, a proven track record in running successful mass email campaigns, exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, familiarity with IT services and solutions for international clients, autonomy in outbound sales management to meet challenging targets, and exposure to global markets, with a preference for the US, UK, Europe, and the Middle East. Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, an MBA in Sales/Marketing would be advantageous, 1-3 years of experience in IT sales/business development, and proficiency in mass mailing and automation tools. Key skills required for this role encompass web development, SAP, mass mailing, cloud services, mobile apps, IT services knowledge, effective communication, Salesforce, negotiation skills, CRM systems proficiency, email campaign management, client interactions, virtual meetings, and relationship building.,
