Hiring for a Leading Pumps & Pipes Manufacturing Company
Position: Manager Exports Marketing
Location: Rajkot & Ahmedabad
Reporting to: Head of Exports
Job Summary:
As the Export Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the creation and execution of strategic marketing plans for global markets. Your role will focus on identifying new export opportunities, managing market research, and executing promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility and drive international sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new export markets and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.
Ensure compliance with all export laws, trade regulations, and documentation.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for seamless order execution.
Track competitor activities and monitor market trends to stay ahead.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in international marketing/business development.
Industry Experience: Must be from Pumps or Pipes Manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of global market trends and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in export documentation and MS Office.
Multilingual ability is an added advantage.
Experience in market research and data analysis.
Compensation:
CTC: Up to 15.00 LPA + Sales Incentives
