Job Description
Independently drive (Deliver Grow) $ 1 MN + annual revenue in consulting and delivery for Fortune 50 Pharma client s
- Can work across variety of projects from advanced analytics, adhoc analysis and reporting and support to d eliver programs with Agentic AI transformation across Field-force transformation, o mnichannel commercial excellence, marketing analytics, next best action, content tagging, p atient service/ Fieldforce Copilot Programs leveraging Gen AI, AI, MLOp , LLM ops, Cloud engineering from India, alongside Practice delivery leader
- Aim of client satisfaction (NPS 70+) with delivery excellence, ensuring high-quality project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Proficient in advanced analytics and solve business problems leveraging data and tools such as R / Python / SQL / Dataiku / Databricks
- A bility to work on prescriptive, descriptive and predictive models using well known ML technique using Python, R-Studio, PySpark
- Strong in logical reasoning, structuring of analysis, asking the right questions and logical approach to analyse data, problems, and situations.
- Drive daily client and account calls, representing the Pharma team and contributing to strategic discussions.
- Drive proposal development and client presentations using latest and greatest, actively contributing to business development efforts.
- Play an integral role in the pharma practice, aligning AI initiatives with broader organizational goals and closely collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Build in-depth knowledge of client business priorities, challenges, and initiatives, translating these into actionable opportunities and develop comprehensive account plans aligned with organizational goals and client strategies to drive QBRs, MBRs, JBPs
- Comfortable with inter-disciplinary ways of working amongst consultants, AI, Engineering, design and other disciplines with indirect reporting and direct influence by providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional development.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor s degree in computer science , Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 8 + years proven track record of success in leading AI projects, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- 3 + years minimum experience consulting with Healthcare/Pharma clients
- 1+ year in Gen AI development and deployment of solutions in any industry
- Cloud e ngineering knowledge (AWS or Azure or GCP) to complement scaling of AI solutions in client ecosystems
- Strong commercial acumen, excellent storytelling abilities, map client challenges to Fractal's capabilities and link them to business outcomes, engage with VPs, Senior Directors
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
- Ability to think on your feet, comfortable with ambiguity, and effective in a cross-functional environment.
- Travel to client locations ( 3 0%)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in complex program management, delivery oversight and resource management.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive business growth and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Experience with proposal development and client presentations is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
