Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Scrub Agent to join our Lead Generation team.The primary responsibility of this role is to validate and verify leads gathered by our research / database team, ensuring all data meets the scope and quality standards defined by the client. This includes thorough cross-verification using search engines and online tools to maintain high accuracy and relevancy of leads. Need to have a decent communication skill.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and validate lead data based on the defined scope and client requirements.
Conduct thorough online research using search engines (e.g., Google, Bing, LinkedIn) to verify company details, job titles, industries, locations, and contact accuracy.
Ensure all leads meet the quality benchmarks (e.g., correct domain, Job Title, Industry filtration, designation relevance, geographical accuracy).
Detect and eliminate duplicate, irrelevant, or incorrect entries from the database.

Microsoft Excel

Work Schedule:

Rotational shift (Includes Night shift).
