Urgent Hiring - Power BI Analyst || BPO

Greetings from Ienergizer!!We are looking for experienced Power BI Analyst to join our Business Analytics team.

• 3+ Years of experience with Power BI development and reporting
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, SQL queries and data modelling
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation
• Exposure to WFM concepts such as forecasting, scheduling, or capacity planning
• Should have Experience working in a BPO or Call Centre environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations
• Perform SQL-based data extraction and ensure seamless integration into Power BI
• Utilize Python scripting for data cleaning, transformation, and automation
• Monitor and report on Call Centre KPIs including Voice, Chat, Email & OB
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements

~Work From Office CTC - Upto 8 LPA
