Job Purpose:
- To drive product innovation and growth by translating user needs and business strategy into actionable features and enhancements.
- To assist in data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.
Candidate Requirements:
Education: Master's in Business Administration from a Top institute would be preferred.
Experience: 1 - 3 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and managing product roadmaps, aligning with overall product strategy and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on business priorities and customer needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to drive product improvements and new feature development.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, product requirements, and feature specifications.
- Support the development of product metrics and KPIs to measure success and drive data-informed decision-making.
- Assist in managing the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey product concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with data-related applications such as Master Data Management (MDM), dashboards, chatbots, and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and product management tools.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts, including how APIs work and navigating different environments such as staging and production.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
- Passion for technology and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in product management.
