Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Track project deliverables, milestones, and timelines using tools like MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Identify project risks and issues; support the mitigation and resolution process.
- Ensure all team members are informed of responsibilities and deadlines.
- Prepare presentations, progress reports, and other project-related materials.
- Support budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation activities as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- PMP / CAPM certification (a plus but not mandatory).
