Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales performance by setting targets, tracking progress, and providing feedback to team members.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research to drive revenue growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize processes, and develop strategies for improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in B2B sales or related field (IT Services & Consulting).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets consistently over time.
Excellent communication skills with convincing power; ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
Strong understanding of IT services & consulting industry; knowledge of latest technologies/trends preferred.
