Job Title: Multi-Cloud Lead Architect Microservices, Hybrid Cloud, BFSI Focus
Location: Siruseri-Chennai.

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Multi-Cloud Lead Architect to spearhead the architecture, design, and delivery of secure, scalable, and cost-optimized solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments. This role is critical in driving cloud modernization, hybrid architecture implementation, observability, and automation initiatives for large enterprise clientspreferably within the BFSI domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cloud Architecture Leadership:
Lead the design and implementation of multi-cloud strategies across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Develop hybrid cloud platforms with seamless integration between on-prem and public cloud environments.
Establish multi-tenancy architecture patterns ensuring secure isolation, scalability, and performance.
- Microservices & Platform Architecture:
Architect and modernize monolithic applications into containerized microservices.
Define API gateways, service mesh patterns, CI/CD workflows, and container orchestration using Kubernetes.
- Security & Network Governance:
Ensure end-to-end network architecture, segmentation, and zero-trust security posture across all environments.
Design and enforce cloud-native and hybrid security controls (IAM, firewalls, WAFs, key management, etc.).
- Automation & Runbook Engineering:
Create standardized runbooks, workflows, and playbooks to automate provisioning, deployments, failovers, and incident response.
Drive Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) adoption using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep.
- Observability & Reliability:
Implement monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions using native and third-party tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver, Datadog, Prometheus).
Lead SRE practices for proactive reliability and uptime management.
- Cost Optimization & Governance:
Provide expert recommendations on cost-efficient architecture, reserved instances, savings plans, and resource right-sizing.
Establish FinOps practices and cloud usage governance for large-scale environments.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Proven experience designing and managing enterprise-scale multi-cloud environments in AWS, Azure, and GCP (WAR expertise).
- Deep understanding of hybrid cloud models, cloud-native architecture, and on-premises integration.
- Expertise in multi-tenant SaaS architecture, including data, network, and security isolation strategies.
- Solid grasp of networking (VPC, peering, VPN, SD-WAN) and security best practices in cloud and hybrid ecosystems.
- Hands-on with DevSecOps, GitOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD).(Optional)
- Demonstrated ability to build observability stacks and manage large-scale production environments.
- Skilled in automation tools: Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Python scripting.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect / Administrator
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or equivalent
- TOGAF / SABSA / Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) preferred
- FinOps Certified Practitioner preferred
Preferred Background:
- 12+ years in enterprise IT, with 6+ years in cloud architecture roles.
- Strong preference for experience working with regulated industries, especially BFSI.
- Experience with global cloud transformation programs, enterprise landing zones, and security frameworks like NIST, CIS, ISO 27001.
