Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (EST Hours | Flexible)
Project: Adobe Target (Web Personalization & Optimization Platform)

What Youll Do:

Troubleshoot product issues for Adobe Target users.
Debug web integrations using HTML, JavaScript, and APIs.
Communicate technical solutions clearly to both devs and non-tech users.
Collaborate with Adobes internal teams to deliver top-notch support.
Work during EST hours to support global customers.

Must-Have Skills:

Excellent communication (spoken + written)
Strong hands-on experience with HTML, JavaScript, and APIs
Confidence in handling customer/product support tickets

Good to Have:

Understanding of Web 2.0 concepts
Exposure to web analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Optimize, Optimizely, etc.
