Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain lifecycle event workflows, rules, policies, and connectors for integrations with various systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity lifecycle processes, provisioning, and deprovisioning.
Assist in identity governance activities, including access reviews, certification campaigns, and role-based access control (RBAC) strategies.
Collaborate with security, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT for SailPoint implementations.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, SOPs, and user guides.
Developed SailPoint plugins and menu link.
Onboarding and administration of applications and users.
Experience with SAML 2 Oauth2 and OIDC SSO applications
Experience in implementing SailPoint capability
Strong understanding of AD, Azure AD, Office 365 and LDAP
Experience with Importing users, setting up delegated administration and password reset.
Experience with self-registration, Access provisioning and Lifecycle management of users.
Automate user registration and subsequent provisioning and de-provisioning for the applications
Managed and Administered Group and Sign-on Policies.
Candidate should have experience in using Restful API for customisation of the features
Should have experience in implementing and customising the user management / password management / Security settings feature utilising the Rest API.
Should have worked on the authentication policy, implementing network based auth policy, MFA.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to integrations, working closely with customers to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including security, network, and application teams, to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Stay up to date on the latest features, security trends, and industry best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
Strengthen sales enablement capabilities (response to RFPs, proposals and more) through reusable assets, Points of Contact (POCs) and frameworks.
Ensure Client Satisfaction
Familiarity with security frameworks such as Zero Trust, NIST, and ISO 27001.
Perform and analyze market research within Industry
