Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strong command over English typing with excellent accuracy.
Manage customer queries via email, chat, and calls.
Deliver prompt and effective customer support to resolve concerns.
Handle International chat processes for diverse clients.
Maintain accurate records of documents and transactions.

Preferred candidate profile

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in BPO or related industry.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic computer Knowledge.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, mainly night shifts.
Cab facility available within 30km
