Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer Automation to design and develop automation frameworks from the ground up for validating Gen-AI solution data transformation accuracy. The role requires building custom test harnesses, implementing advanced API automation for XML intake and JSON output, and creating intelligent AI output validation logic.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks using Python or Java.
- Build custom test harnesses for Gen-AI solution validation.
- Implement advanced API automation (REST & SOAP) for XML and JSON formats.
- Develop intelligent validation logic for AI outputs (advanced JSON comparison, tolerance-based matching).
- Manage test data creation and maintenance for AI and data transformation testing.
- Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and product owners to ensure high-quality AI outputs.
- Maintain automation scripts in version control (Git).
Required Skills
- Strong coding skills in Python (Pytest, Robot Framework) or Java (JUnit, TestNG).
- Proven experience in test automation framework design and development.
- Hands-on expertise in API testing (REST & SOAP) with XML and JSON payloads.
- Experience in advanced validation techniques for AI-generated outputs.
- Proficiency in Git and integration with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Solid understanding of test data management best practices.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to AI/ML testing concepts.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with pharma or healthcare domain testing requirements.
Soft Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
- Flexible to attend PST time-zone meetings.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
