International Customer Support Voice Role

Job Description
  • Position: International Customer Support Voice
  • Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months of experience
  • Work Timing: Night shift
  • Mode: Work From Office
  • Job Location: Bangalore (Candidates applying should be staying in Bangalore city; pick & drop facility would be available)
  • Eligibility: Excellent English communication skills are a must
  • Nature: Contract 6 months (possibility of on-boarding on client payroll may happen in case of exceptional performance and a business need at our client's end)

Compensation
  • Expected Salary: CTC 40000 per month + other benefits (depends on last CTC and experience)
  • Shift: Night Shift
  • Notice Period: Immediate joiners or maximum 15 days notice

  • Freshers - only graduate
  • Experience - graduate and undergraduate both are eligible.
    • 6 months to 5 years experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, BPO, International Voice Process, Voice Process, Inbound, KPO, Outbound Process, US Process, UK Process, Australian Process, etc.


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good knowledge in customer handling
  • Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts
  • Immediate joiner preferred
