Job Description
Role: Senior Project Manager
Location: Greater Noida
Experience: 12 to 16 years Job Description:
- Should have 12-15 years of hands-on project management experience and leading projects with in-depth knowledge of SDLC.
- Should be able to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
- Should be able to communicate across a diverse set of stakeholders (Business stakeholders, third parties, Suppliers). Excellent customer relationship management & collaboration skills.
- Ability to challenge Ideas and speak up to raise risks, issues.
- Experience working with solution architects and in setting up the Project / Product roadmaps involving all the stakeholders.
- Experience in working with project budgets, spend forecasts and trackers.
- Managing project progress and adapt work as required.
- Monitoring progress and ensuring projects meet deadlines.
- Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
- Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
- Excellent with presenting project status to key stakeholders at the client side Good knowledge of project management principles and tools; Accelerator, MS Project, and MS PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence and Knowledge of Advanced Excel/Macro.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical personnel. Excellent organization, leadership, and people management skills.
- Detail-oriented individual is essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities is preferred.
- Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.
- Analyzing and managing project risk.
- Managing reports and necessary documentation Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
- Bachelors degree on computer science, business or related field PMP/ Prince 2 Certification preferred.
- Agile certifications in addition are a good to have.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical skills and extremely resourceful.
- Strong experience of working with clients.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Assist in team development by removing roadblocks to their work, mentoring them, and making good utilization of organizational resources to improve capacity for project work Coaching
