Catia And Tcic Support @ Prolim

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for users working on CATIA integrated with Teamcenter through TCIC.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between CATIA and Teamcenter.
• Handle user issues related to CATIA data management in Teamcenter (check-in/check-out, BOM management, metadata issues, etc.).
• Collaborate with PLM admins, CAD engineers, and IT teams for configuration, issue resolution, and improvements.
• Perform system monitoring, log analysis, and root cause investigation for TCIC-related errors.
• Assist in deployments, upgrades, and testing of CATIA-TCIC integration patches or new releases.
• Support data migration and clean-up activities between CATIA and Teamcenter environments.
• Document known issues, resolutions, and user guides; provide training to end users when needed.
• Work with Siemens support and OEM teams as required to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3.5 years of experience in CATIA V5/V6 and Teamcenter.
• Hands-on experience with TCIC (Teamcenter Integration for CATIA).
• Solid understanding of CAD-PLM data flow, versioning, and design release processes.
• Experience in troubleshooting Teamcenter-CATIA integration issues.
• Basic knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, BMIDE, and workflows is a plus.
• Familiarity with CATIA customization (macros, scripting) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and users.
