Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Use tools like CRM systems and databases to gather information on potential customer leads.
  • Outreach - Initiate contact with leads through phone calls and follow-ups.
  • Arrange meetings, presentations, or follow-ups with the sales team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely input of data into CRM systems and Marketing Team.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team - Work closely to align strategies and ensure smooth coordination of qualified leads.
  • Help craft personalized messages or presentations for key prospects.
  • Tracking and Reporting - Monitor the progress of lead generation activities, ensuring consistent pipeline growth.
  • Generate reports and insights for senior management on lead generation efforts.
  • Marketing Collaboration - Assist in marketing campaigns to generate leads, such as health fairs, webinars and other marketing campaigns. Help in creating content or materials that can attract leads.
  • Focus on driving health programs, patient referrals, and collaborations aiming to build long-term relationships and convert patient volumes.

Education:


  • Graduate in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Pharma or related field from an accredited College or University.
  • Preferred: Post Graduate in related field.

Experience:


  • Requires a minimum of three years of relevant experience in Healthcare related industry.
  • Progressive Digital Lead Generation and Customer Service Service support experience in a multi-site healthcare organization strongly preferred.

Other:


  • Knowledge of key industry business drivers, emerging medical trends, and performance metrics, and ability to leverage that knowledge to inform strategy.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, collaborative, and analytical skills with a customer focus; must be able to foster and maintain sound working relationships.
  • Independently motivated and driven to achieve high goals and seek continuous improvement in knowledge and skills.
  • Competencies for converting Lead Generation, efficiency and effectiveness; discipline in goal setting, prospecting, networking, and time management. ng objections and gaining agreement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, Power Point.
