Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager to join our team at OYO Weddingz. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple projects across departments, ensuring seamless coordination, streamlined processes, and timely execution. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cross-functional Coordination:
Act as the central point of contact between departments such as Operations, Sales,
Marketing, Finance, HR, and IT.
Ensure alignment of objectives, priorities, and timelines across all teams.
Monitor and track the progress of projects and address roadblocks proactively.
2. Process Improvement:
Analyze existing workflows and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
Design and implement streamlined processes to improve productivity and reduce
turnaround times.
Standardize operational procedures across units and locations.
3. Project Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor projects within scope, budget, and timelines.
Develop project charters, track milestones, and ensure adherence to deliverables.
Use project management tools to document and track progress.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
Regularly engage with stakeholders, including property managers, department
heads, and corporate leadership, to update project statuses and address concerns.
Conduct periodic reviews to assess outcomes and gather feedback for continuous
improvement.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare detailed reports on project statuses, resource allocation, and process
improvement initiatives.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and process changes.
6. Training & Support:
Educate teams on new processes, ensuring smooth adoption.
Provide support to team members to facilitate successful project execution.
