Job Title: Customer Support Executive /AR Calling

Location: Chennai
Open Positions: 20
Reporting to : Team Leader/Team Manager OPS (INTL CEM)

Requirements

Degree : Only Graduate Candidates will be considered
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in International Accounts Receivable Process
PERKS OF THE JOB

Transportation (Pick up & Drop)
Breakfast & Dinner (Depending on shift timing)

Detailed Requirements:

Non-Finance graduates must have 1 year of experience in international F&A collections
Candidates with finance related degrees(B.com, M.com) must have 1 year of international calling experience.
Should be flexible to work in US shift timings(5:00 PM to 10:00 AM), any 9 hours.
Candidates should be flexible to work on the weekeneds if there is a business requirement (fixed week offs are typically Saturday & Sunday)
Strong written & oral communications skills
A team player

Candidates from out-of-station should be ready to relocate to Chennai post lockdown.
