Manage record to report (RTR) process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Oversee intercompany reconciliations, including balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (IND AS) and US GAAP requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure smooth month-end close processes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors to facilitate efficient audit procedures.
Desired Candidate Profiles
CANDIDATES APPLYING MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE INTO INDIAN ACCOUNTING OR CAN BE CA QUALIFIED ONES .
FLEXIBILITY TO NIGHT SHIFTS ARE MANDATORY FOR THE ROLE .
8-12 years of experience in Record To Report (RTR), Intercompany Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, Journal Entries, Chartered Accountant role.
Strong knowledge of IND AS and US GAAP principles.
Excellent analytical skills for identifying errors in financial data and implementing corrective actions.
Ability to work effectively under pressure during peak periods such as month-end closings.
