Become part of our global customer-facing Support team! We help customers solve their technical issues, guide them through changes, and manage their needs and requests. Youll be a key point of contact, listening to clients, providing answers, and coordinating with other teams to deliver the right solutions at the right time. Good communication skills, independent thinking, and a problem-solving mindset are your most important assets in this position. What your job will be about

  • Work directly with our customers administrators to investigate, resolve issues, identify root causes, and provide guidance.
  • Collaborate with our developers, DBAs, and cloud engineers to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and bug fixes.
  • Assist configuration engineers and cross-functional teams in addressing customer problems.
  • Contribute to our internal knowledge base and AI assistant by sharing solutions and insights.
  • Occasionally engage in coding or configuration to expand your technical skill set.

Passion for DevOps, problem-solving, and delivering impactful solutions.

Skill Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience using issue trackers (e.g., Jira, Salesforce ServiceCloud).
  • Core SQL skills (2+ years recommended), relational database knowledge, execution plans.
  • Familiarity with Git (via GitHub, BitBucket, Azure DevOps).
  • REST API knowledge (HTTP methods, JSON, authentication, REST principles).
  • Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence).
  • Practical exposure to scripting/programming:
    • Preferred: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
    • Additional Advantage: Standard .NET stack (.NET 9, ASP.NET Core, WebAPI, C#).
