Azure Integration Services Engineer (Lead) @ Infogain

Job Description

• Maintain and enhance existing MS Azure AI Infrastructure
• Provide appropriate documentation and status according to SCRUM
• Architect, configure, and deploy bots within Azure VNets and landing zones ensuring scalability and security.
• Design and manage private endpoints to ensure secure communication between bots and cloud services.
• Implement Azure security best practices for bot deployment, including role-based access control (RBAC), firewalls, and network security groups.
• Optimize bot performance using Azure resources such as Application Gateway, Load Balancers, and Traffic Manager.
• Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to integrate bots into enterprise environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, authentication, and deployment issues.
• Monitor bot deployments using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.

• Agile SCRUM certification or equivalent (Professional Agile Leadership, Professional Scrum Developer or Professional Scrum Master from SCRUM.org)
• Microsoft Azure AI Most Valuable Professional Certified
• AI Technical Areas of Expertise recognized by Microsoft: Azure Machine Learning, Microsoft Cognitive Services and Microsoft Bot Framework
• Microsoft Neural Machine Translation expertise
• Dev Ops on HP private cloud
• HP Cybersecurity policies advanced expertise
• MS Azure Conversational Language Understanding expertise
