We are now hiring!!!

*Process-(Customer Service)*

*Requirement:*

HSC or Grad Fresher - 17k - 250 lpa

6 months BPO Experience (Average/Good English Communication)

Experienced salary - 21k- 3 lpa

*Window Shift: 24x7 shift (any 9 hours Rotational)*

*Offs - 2 Rotational weekoffs*

Qualification: HSC/Grad

Job Responsibilities -

- Handle inbound calls and provide assistance to postpaid and prepaid customers regarding their account inquiries, billing issues, and service problems.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing accurate information and offering appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

Location: Loma IT Park, Ghansoli

Age Criteria: 30

One way transport will be provided !

*DOJ: 24th Aug 2025*
