Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead operations for a prestigious property in Mathura. This is a strategic leadership position requiring a blend of operational expertise, team leadership, and revenue-driving capabilities.

Current experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in a reputed hospitality setup

Proven track record in Food & Beverage operations and Sales management

Strong operational and strategic mindset with a passion for delivering guest excellence

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage large teams and drive performance

Ability to oversee all departments with a focus on efficiency, profitability, and service quality

• Lead all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management
• Drive revenue growth through effective F&B and Sales strategies
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost controls
• Foster a guest-centric culture and ensure top-tier service standards
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and their teams
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
