Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our jewellery retail team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, in-depth product knowledge, and a passion for luxury sales. The role involves assisting customers in selecting jewellery, promoting sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon entry to the store.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate jewellery options.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and follow up post-purchase.
- Stay updated on new product launches, jewellery trends, and brand promotions.
- Maintain high standards of personal grooming and store hygiene.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in local language; additional language skills are an advantage
