Role & responsibilities
1. Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
2. Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
3. Liaise with clients/project manager/internal team and vendors to identify and define
requirements, scope and objectives (if required)
4. Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
5. Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve
6. Analyze risks and opportunities
7. Oversee project vendor management
8. Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
9. Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
10. Work with the Project Manager & Quality Assurance team to eliminate blockers
11. Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
12. Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement) & invoicing
13. Leading and facilitating meetings with team, project managers and seniors as required to ensure
quick closure of open action items
14. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
15. Setup project folders and ensure deliverables are backed up on relevant systems
Preferred candidate profile
BSc in Business Administration or MBA in Operation
