Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Service modules) to meet business requirements.

  • Implement client-side customizations using JavaScript, web resources, and HTML.

  • Develop server-side customizations using C# and .NET assemblies.

  • Design and develop REST APIs for system integrations.

  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via REST APIs, with and without middleware.

  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Utilize source control tools (GIT, VSS) for code management.

  • Develop and maintain workflows, plugins, and custom entities.

  • Leverage Power Automate and Power Apps to enhance productivity and automation.

  • Work with Microsoft Azure services such as Function Apps and Service Bus for integration and process automation.

  • Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Must-Have Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Online (Service modules).

  • Proficient in JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, and web resources.

  • Solid understanding of Dynamics 365 customization and extension concepts.

  • Proven experience in REST API development and integration.

  • Experience integrating with external systems using REST APIs (both direct and middleware-based).

  • Working knowledge of source control tools (GIT, VSS, or similar).

  • Good understanding of Power Automate and Power Apps.

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services like Function App and Service Bus.

Good-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse.

  • Knowledge of security roles and privilege management in Dynamics 365.

  • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines for Dynamics 365.

  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
