Senior DevOps Engineer Azure SpecialistJob Description:
A leading technology organization is seeking a DevOps Engineer with in-depth expertise in Microsoft Azure. This position requires deep knowledge and understanding with other leading cloud providers such as AWS and GCP. This role is responsible for managing cloud infrastructures, developing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure processes, ensuring cloud security, monitoring production and staging environments, and continuously improving system performance and availability.Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and maintain Azure-based cloud environments
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep
Monitor logs and performance via Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics
Manage identities and permissions using Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), including integration with IAM tools
Operate core Azure services such as App Services, Functions, AKS, Azure SQL, Storage Accounts, and more
Harden and secure cloud services following DevSecOps and industry best practices
Collaborate closely with development, QA, cybersecurity, and IT teams to coordinate projects and lead system enhancements
Investigate and troubleshoot production incidents, implementing long-term solutionsRequirements:
At least 5 years of experience in a DevOps role mandatory
Proven experience and certification with Azure mandatory
Strong command of Azure infrastructure: Networking, Compute, Databases, Monitoring, Security
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines or similar tools mandatory
Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform or ARM mandatory
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (especially AKS) strong advantage
Familiarity with configuration management tools (Ansible/Puppet) advantage
Understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum, Git Flow advantage
Independent, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach
High-level English speaking, reading, and writingInterfaces:
