A large Austraan financial institution has engaged us to provide resources for their Digital Transformation and App Modernization across multiple appcationsWe require an experienced QA Engineer with expertise in Test Management and Defect Management to ensure the quaty of the modernized systemsYou will collaborate with a team of developers and closely work with onshore Luxoft and bank employees focusing on ensuring seamless digital transformation in the payments domain ResponsibitiesAct as a Quaty Engineer (QE) within a devery squad following the Scrum model and Agile devery governance Own the quaty assessments of deverables/user stories within the squad and across squads Automate complex user stories as part of the sprint and build a robust Automation Test Suite Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for defects adopting a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) mindset Prepare and maintain key test documentation including RTM Test Plan Test Strategy and Test Cases Test complex scenarios across UI and API layers ensuring comprehensive test coverage Participate in code reviews where required collaborating closely with developers and product owners Ensure high product/software quaty for banking services that serve milons of customers daily Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and drive quaty engineering initiatives Skills
Must have Degree or tertiary quafication in Technology years of quaty engineering experience and a Software Testing mindset Strong programming skills in Java Knowledge of working with various automation tools and/or other comparable technologies Knowledge of UI Automation using Selenium Cucumber Page Object Design Pattern Page Factory TestNG etc Knowledge of API/ Backend Automation using Rest Assured Junit Mockito Spring Boot CucumberKnowledge of performing testing in different phases of the software development fe cycle and in CI/CD projects Proficient in creating/ maintaining Test Beds and Test Docs (keRTM Test Plan Test Strategy Doc etc.) Work with the teams to identify opportunities to dever Quaty Engineering Nice to have
