Job Description
- Develop, write, and edit technical documentation, manuals, guides, and tutorials using Confluence.
- Structure and organize content for easy navigation and discoverability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather source information and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect product changes and enhancements.
- Establish and promote documentation best practices within the organization.
- Utilize Confluence features (templates, macros, labels, etc.) to enhance documentation quality and user experience.
- Review and edit content created by other contributors for clarity, consistency, and completeness.
- Assist in onboarding and training team members on documentation standards and Confluence usage.
- Bachelor s degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a technical writer, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Confluence, including page design, content structuring, and advanced features.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams.
- Experience with other documentation tools and platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with software development processes and agile methodologies.
- Experience integrating visuals, diagrams, and multimedia into documentation.
- Knowledge of information architecture and content management best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
